We are seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Veterinary Client Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and patients. This role is vital in creating a welcoming experience while ensuring efficient communication and smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate excels in customer service, multitasking, and maintaining a calm, professional demeanor in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Greet clients and patients warmly, providing a positive and professional first impression
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address client inquiries
- Manage appointment flow to support efficiency for the medical team
- Accurately enter and update patient and client information in the computer system
- Process payments, invoices, and financial transactions
- Communicate clearly with veterinarians, technicians, and kennel staff to ensure continuity of care
- Provide clients with information regarding services, treatments, and general pet care
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, email communication, and record keeping
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
- Previous customer service experience preferred; veterinary or medical office experience preferred
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn practice management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable handling sensitive or emotional situations with empathy and professionalism
