Looking for a great opportunity to grow your career in customer service or collections? We’re hiring for a Collection Specialist / Customer Service role!
= Location: Newark, Delaware (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
= Type: Full-Time
= Salary: $40,000 – $41,600 annually
=R Shifts (post-training): 8–5, 10–7, or 12–9 (based on business needs)
= What you’ll do:
• Manage delinquent accounts and work on resolutions
• Communicate with customers via calls, email & written correspondence
• Negotiate payment plans and provide solutions
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions
• Deliver excellent customer service in sensitive situations
What we’re looking for:
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to handle challenging conversations professionally
• Detail-oriented with good time management
• Basic computer skills
• Open to flexible shifts
