Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a self‑motivated dispatcher/customer service representative in our HVAC and plumbing business in Newark, DE.

As a dispatcher, you will answer incoming client calls, dispatch HVAC and plumbing service calls to field technicians, schedule appointments to provide prompt and convenient service, maximize technicians’ time and mileage, use radio and tracking devices to direct technicians, keep clients updated, and continuously seek feedback to improve scheduling efficiency while maintaining client satisfaction.

• At least one year of experience as a dispatcher
• Relevant customer service experience
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to type 35–45 WPM
• Ability to pass a background and drug test
• Familiarity with HVAC or plumbing industries is a plus but not required
