Location:
Newark, DE (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
Schedule:
Flexible shifts post-training (8–5, 10–7, or 12–9)
In this role, you will manage delinquent accounts, connect with customers to resolve outstanding balances, and negotiate payment solutions while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate via calls, emails, and written correspondence
- Negotiate and set up payment plans
- Ability to manage difficult conversations professionally
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Basic computer skills
- Collections/customer service experience (0–1 year preferred)
