Grotto Pizza Inc is seeking a friendly CSR/Counter to support take-out or delivery orders by phone, in-person, and at the counter. You will answer calls, take accurate orders, enter them into the POS, and prepare packaging to ensure fast, accurate service.
You will sign up guests for Swirl Rewards, maintain cleanliness, handle cash and payments, assist training, and support coworkers as the store runs in a fast-paced environment.
