The Financial Aid Advisor will work a full-time schedule,
Monday through Friday, with one evening shift per week until 8 PM

Some sales experience is ideal. This role is not about selling but involves tough conversations about payments and financing, similar to someone who has been in sales before.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will assist both prospective and current students in understanding and navigating the financial aid process. You will provide individualized guidance on tuition payments and financial aid options, ensuring that each student has the information they need to make informed decisions. Your responsibilities will also include processing and reviewing financial aid applications, maintaining compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations, and keeping accurate records.
You will interact with students in person, over the phone, and via Zoom, offering essential support throughout their educational journey.
