Early Childhood Education Teacher

The Learning Experience - Newark is seeking a caring and dependable Early Childhood Education Teacher to support classrooms serving infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. This role focuses on creating a structured and engaging learning environment where children build confidence, independence, and strong early learning foundations through hands-on experiences and positive relationships.

This position is ideal for educators who enjoy working with young learners in a collaborative and supportive childcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

* Support daily classroom routines and learning activities across age groups

* Implement developmentally appropriate experiences that encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth

* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment

* Guide children through transitions including meals, rest time, and learning centers

* Encourage classroom participation and positive peer interaction

* Communicate professionally with families and teaching team members

* Follow Delaware childcare licensing requirements and center policies

Qualifications

* High school diploma required

* Prior childcare experience preferred

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Reliable, patient, and nurturing approach to working with children

* Must meet Delaware childcare licensing requirements
