Qualifications:

• Active Delaware SLPA License required
• Experience supporting children in school and/or healthcare settings as an SLPA
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to tailor interventions to diverse needs in preschool and elementary populations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support Speech-Language Pathologists in the delivery of services to students
• Implement therapy plans for speech, language, and communication as directed
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
