• Possess a valid Delaware Special Education Teaching License
• Previous experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly in a special education setting
• Expertise in supporting students with autismcomfortable tailoring instruction to diverse learning styles and needs
• Strong communication skills, collaborative spirit, and a commitment to student success
• Willingness to pay for $85 CBC fingerprinting (please confirm understanding and agreement)

• Deliver engaging, individualized instruction to students with autism within an elementary classroom environment
• Develop and adapt lesson plans based on IEPs and individual student goals
• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and report on outcomes
• Collaborate with related service providers, families, and school staff to support each students learning journey
• Foster a respectful, supportive classroom culture that promotes academic, social, and emotional growth

• Set schedule:
  Monday through Friday, 8:25 AM3:55 PM, 37.5 hours per week, including a daily paid lunch
