Qualifications:

• Active Delaware BCBA licensure (required)
• Previous school-based experience highly desirable
• Strong foundation in developing and implementing behavioral interventions for students with diverse needs

• Commitment to data-driven practices and individualized student support
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized plans for K-8 students
• Deliver ongoing behavioral support in classrooms and small group settings
• Provide training and consultation to teaching staff and paraprofessionals
• Monitor student progress, collect data, and refine strategies as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate on student programming
