Qualifications and Desired

Experience:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Active Delaware School Psychologist license, or eligibility with pending licensure
• Experience working within K-12 school settings preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Excellent communication abilities with students, families, and staff
• Demonstrated capacity for collaboration and problem-solving
• Familiarity with IEP development and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive student assessments for academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Participate in and support IEP meetings, contributing valuable insights to student plans
• Provide individual and group counseling to students
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to design effective interventions
• Develop and implement positive behavioral and mental health supports
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all federal and state regulations
