Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - 1:1 Elementary School Support

Overview:
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for an immediate opening through the end of the school year, with continued support needed for ESY and the 2026/2027 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to provide 1:1 support to a 5th grade student in a supportive school environment. The student has mild behaviors, and the school will provide ASL training for the selected candidate.

Pay and Benefits:
$27-$32/hr

Requirements:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
Previous school-based or behavioral experience preferred
Comfort working in a 1:1 student support setting
ASL experience not required; training provided by the school
Onsite
Responsibilities:
Provide direct 1:1 support throughout the school day
Assist with behavioral and classroom support needs
Collaborate with school staff and nursing support team
Support student participation and daily routines
Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
Interview Process:
(10-15) minute screening call with a Soliant Education Recruiter
(20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school
Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.
Work Hours:
Full-Time
8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Immediate Start - End of School Year
ESY and 2026/2027 School Year continuation available
