Pay: $17-$18 per hour

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Toddler Teacher - Early Learning Classroom

The Learning Experience - Newark is seeking a caring and dependable Toddler Teacher to support children during an important stage of language development, independence, and social-emotional growth.

This role focuses on creating engaging classroom experiences through structured routines, hands-on learning activities, and positive teacher-child relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Support daily classroom routines for toddler-aged children

* Encourage language development and positive social interaction

* Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities and classroom centers

* Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment

* Guide children through transitions including meals and classroom routines

* Communicate regularly with families regarding routines and milestones

* Follow Delaware licensing and safety requirements

Qualifications

* TECE 1 or TECE 2 required

* Prior toddler classroom experience preferred

* Strong communication and classroom management skills

* Reliable, nurturing, and team-oriented approach

* Must meet Delaware childcare licensing requirements

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
