Keene Elementary Schools are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our inclusive learning community 50% at Fuller School and 50% at Symonds School. This role is perfect for an educator who excels at case management and is passionate about creating tailored learning environments where every student can thrive.
As a Special Education Teacher, you will be the primary advocate for your students' educational journeys.
Key responsibilities include:
- IEP Development: Leading the creation and implementation of Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
- Progress Monitoring: Documenting student outcomes and providing data-driven feedback to parents and administration.
- Collaboration: Acting as a liaison between the school, families, and state/area agencies to ensure comprehensive support.
- Environment: Maintaining a safe, optimal, and adaptive learning space that addresses specific student needs.

- Education: Bachelor's degree required;

- Clearance: Successful completion of a NH criminal background check is required.
