This full-time, contract position focuses on students enrolled in the Early Years Program, with opportunities to interact across age groups from preschool to high school. As an onsite professional, you'll play a key role in helping young learners reach their full potential through assessment, intervention, and team collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Valid Delaware School Psychologist license (submit proof with application)
• Prior experience in a school setting, particularly with early childhood and multiple age groups
• Confident in conducting psycho educational evaluations, writing reports, and supporting Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
• Skilled in collaborating with educators and district staff to address and support diverse student needs
• Comfortable managing a varied caseload across different schools and grade levels
• Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite
• Willingness to complete fingerprinting requirements promptly

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psycho educational assessments for students in preschool through high school
• Prepare timely, thorough evaluation reports and present findings clearly
• Participate as an active member of IEP teams, contributing to student planning and support strategies
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff to create effective interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Support students at multiple sites as needed by the district
