This full-time, in-person contract opportunity focuses on serving the Early Years Program and wider student populations, utilizing your expertise to provide essential services on-site.

As a school-based psychologist, you will work collaboratively with district teams to deliver psycho educational assessments, compile detailed reports, participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, and help guide strategies that foster student growth and well-being.

Key

Qualifications:

• Active and valid Delaware School Psychologist licensure (must be submitted with application)
• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred, particularly across multiple age groups (preschool through high school)
• Proficiency in conducting psycho educational evaluations and producing comprehensive reports
• Solid background in participating in IEP teams and multidisciplinary collaboration
• Ability to handle a varied caseload across multiple school sites
• Reliable transportation required and willingness to work in-person exclusively (hybrid, part-time, and virtual options are not available)
• Willingness to undergo immediate fingerprinting upon onboarding

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and interpret results to inform educational planning
