Compensation & Performance Incentives
  • $17.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience)
  • Signing bonus available
  • Bonus performance incentive program:
  • Earn an additional $0.50/hour for every full-paying student you help enroll
  • Bonuses remain as long as the child stays enrolled
  • No cap on earnings
  • Referral bonuses for:
  • New student enrollments
  • New staff hires

The Role:

What You'll Do
  • Create and lead a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom
  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum
  • Observe children and guide learning through their interests
  • Build strong relationships with children and families
  • Collaborate closely with your Assistant Teacher and team
  • Support children's social-emotional development
  • Communicate consistently with families
  • Contribute to a positive, professional school culture

Education & Requirements
  • CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in early childhood education required
  • Must meet Delaware licensing requirements
  • Ability to commit to a consistent full-time schedule
