The Learning Experience – Newark is seeking a caring and dependable Early Childhood Education Teacher to support classrooms serving infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. This role focuses on creating a structured and engaging learning environment where children build confidence, independence, and strong early learning foundations through hands-on experiences and positive relationships. This position is ideal for educators who enjoy working with young learners in a collaborative and supportive childcare setting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support daily classroom routines and learning activities across age groups
• Implement developmentally appropriate experiences that encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
• Guide children through transitions including meals, rest time, and learning centers
• Encourage classroom participation and positive peer interaction
• Communicate professionally with families and teaching team members
• Follow Delaware childcare licensing requirements and center policies

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma required
• Prior childcare experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, patient, and nurturing approach to working with children
• Must meet Delaware childcare licensing requirements
