Compensation & Performance Incentives
$17.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience)
Signing Bonus Available
Bonus Performance Incentive Program:
Earn an additional $0.50/hour for every full-paying student you help enroll
Bonuses remain as long as the child stays enrolled
No cap on earnings
Referral bonuses for:

The Role:
What You’ll Do
Create and lead a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum
Observe children and guide learning through their interests
Build strong relationships with children and families
Collaborate closely with your Assistant Teacher and team
Support children’s social-emotional development
Communicate consistently with families
Contribute to a positive, professional school culture

Education & Requirements
CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field (preferred)
Previous experience in early childhood education required
Must meet Delaware licensing requirements
Ability to commit to a consistent full-time schedule
