Salary: $26.00 - $29.00 hourly

For more than 26 years, we have provided on-site educational services in hospitals, helping these school-age patients continue their education during treatment and reintegrate successfully into the classroom. We are seeking a passionate and creative teacher for our Newark, DE location on a full‑time basis for the school year, with a potential summer option. The role involves working in a fast‑paced behavioral health facility, providing academic support to adolescent school‑age patients in a small classroom setting as they receive treatment.

In this role, you will plan and deliver daily lesson plans, provide individualized assistance to students, and regularly communicate about student progress as needed. You will also monitor and adjust teaching strategies to ensure student success and maintain accurate attendance and session reports. Class sizes range from 12 to 15 school‑age patients at any one time.

Position entails a 40‑hour a week commitment, Monday‑Friday.

• B.A./B.S. degree from an accredited institution
• Delaware teaching license
• Comfortable working with K‑12th grade students
