** Desired skills for success in this role:
*** Master’s degree in Engineering
* Practical development and application experience in a MBSE framework
* Relevant systems and design engineering experience in complex electromechanical instrumentation in a new product development environment
* Experience with medical device product lifecycle
* Familiarity and practical experience in Design for Reliability (reliability requirements allocation, fault-tolerant systems, physics of failure, reliability statistics, reliability modeling and prediction)
* Working knowledge and demonstrated capabilities with modern design methodologies, code generation, and associated tools (e.g., Root cause analysis, dFMEA, Design of Experiment, ML/AI)
* Experience and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with technical teams across different functional departments
* Working knowledge of statistical techniques and/or Six Sigma methodologies
* Knowledge and experience in Scrum/Agile product development

*** Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or similar engineering discipline (ex. mechanical, chemical, electrical, computer, or system engineering)
* Minimum of 3 years of System Engineering, and/or Integrated Hardware-Software Design engineering experience in product development environment. Mininum 5 years experience for Senior level.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in Model Based Systems Engineering
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in Modeling/Simulation tools
* Minimum of 1 year of technical and projects experience in medical device industry

* Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
