Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Survey Project Manager with a strong background in land surveying and project management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects, developing client relationships, and leading a team to deliver high-quality surveying services.

Responsibilities

+ Manage projects by developing project scope, schedule, and fee.

+ Balance workload and resources effectively.

+ Support business development efforts and lead proposal preparation.

+ Serve as the key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong client relationships.

+ Provide technical, design, and project management services as a subject matter expert in land surveying.

+ Lead and supervise the team on diverse projects of varying complexities.

+ Engage in professional development and mentorship of team members.

+ Develop and maintain a network within the industry.

Essential Skills

+ Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) Certification for Delaware (Maryland is a plus).

+ 5 years of experience in a management role.

+ 10 years of experience in a surveying role.

+ Proficiency in survey project management, land surveying, and topographic surveys.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

+

Experience with Civil 3D, survey analysis, and ALTA surveys.

+ background in land development and engineering.

Work Environment

The position is onsite with a work schedule of four 9-hour days and half days on Fridays. The company offers a collaborative and supportive team environment with multiple office locations. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
