Civil Project Engineer - Land Development Who We Are

- Work on land development and site/civil engineering projects from concept through construction.
- Design site grading, roadway geometry, potable water and wastewater systems, stormwater management, and related civil components.
- Prepare plans, reports, and calculations using AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software.
- Manage project tasks, schedules, and deliverables to support successful project execution.
- Coordinate permitting and entitlements with local and state agencies.
- Communicate with clients, agencies, and internal teams to maintain project progress and quality.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (EAC/ABET accredited).
- Professional Engineer (PE) required.
- 4–10 years of civil engineering and land development experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D;

CAD experience preferred. - Strong understanding of site design, permitting processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with clients and team members.
