Project Engineer (PE) — Water Infrastructure Engineering
A growing engineering and consulting organization is seeking a motivated engineering professional to support planning, design, and delivery of water infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities- Provide technical and design support for water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment facilities, distribution systems, and collection or pumping systems.
- Perform preliminary engineering evaluations, technical studies, and project documentation.
- Develop design drawings, technical specifications, reports, and permit application materials.
- Assist with proposal preparation and participate in presentations for new project opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate project activities and support project team execution.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
- Participate in client meetings and maintain clear communication with internal and external project partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity in the project region.
- Approximately 5–10 years of experience in water or wastewater infrastructure design.
- Proficiency with standard office and engineering documentation tools.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet standard background requirements.
