Job

Details
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain imminently
  • 6+ years of geotechnical engineering consulting experience
  • Experience supporting transportation, marine, federal, or infrastructure projects
  • Background with subsurface investigations, soil borings, remediation, testing, and inspection services
  • Familiarity with DOT standards and public‑sector project delivery processes
  • Experience managing projects, mentoring junior staff, and leading technical teams
  • Existing relationships within the Delaware market and experience with state or government projects strongly preferred
