Process Engineering Lead

Responsibilities

• Leading projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
• Leading engineering team with project management, program management, and management of engineering/technician staff.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including customers, sales, R&D, quality and operations, to ensure project success.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance project efficiency and quality.
• Overseeing the design, development, and testing of engineering solutions.
• Mentoring and guiding junior engineers, providing technical expertise and support.
• Developing and maintaining project documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and progress reports.
• Ensuring compliance with company standards.

Minimum of 7 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 5 years and a master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent experience (12 years of related job experience without a degree).

Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated supervisory experience in engineering or manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.

Knowledge of ceramic material fabrication, machining, design, CNC programming, and advanced metrology.

• Regularly working independently with minimal supervision to achieve goals and objectives.
