We are looking for a
** EH&S Manager, Field
** to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies.
Reporting to the
** Senior Manager, EH&S, Field,
** the Manager is responsible for helping to carry out the day-to-day operations of the EH&S team and contributing to the application of effective EH&S management for all Field Service and Construction teams.  The ideal candidate will have an EH&S background, be a self-starter and have the ability to scale with a fast-growing company.  This position is based in
** San Jose, CA or Newark, DE
** and requires frequent travel to field service and construction sites.

* Role and Responsibilities:

** The EH&S Manager, Field, provides technical, programmatic, and operational assistance to the field and corporate projects.  The successful candidate must effectively manage the technical, operational and administrative activities associated with environmental, health & safety program development and implementation at the project level in accordance with corporate guidelines including, but not limited to:
* Assist in overseeing and developing all Company Field Safety Programs, Policies and Procedures, including job-specific safety plans; review frequently to ensure that all project safety requirements are met or exceeded.
* Working knowledge of applicable environmental regulations (i.e., CAA, CWA, RCRA). and the ability to coordinate data/sample collection and reporting in support of Corporate Environmental, Sustainability, and Social Governance efforts.
* Know, understand, and fully support all Company Safety Policies, Procedures and Programs.
* Work with field service and installation management to ensure implementation and compliance with all Company Safety Policies, Procedures and Programs on all projects and jobsites.
* Advise senior management of safety issues and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and environmental regulations.
* Work with current and potential clients to address and include all client related EH&S requirements.
* Keep Bloom information in third-party databases including, but not limited to, ISN, Veriforce and Avetta up to date.
