Principal Product Integration Engineer

Principal Product Integration Engineer – Newark, DE

Reports to the Director, Advanced Manufacturing. Fully on‑site, in‑office role, 5 days a week.

• Lead the new process development, test, and launch of proprietary equipment.
• Lead the DfX / DfM and product integration functions for the AME team in DE.
• Collaborate with process, design, and NPI teams to develop and integrate process specifications.
• Oversee equipment build and test processes, including POCs and other experiments, ensuring new equipment meets all targeted specifications.
• Ensure process capability throughout development and implementation.
• Collaborate with remote engineering teams and suppliers.
• Work with global teams and across time zones.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; MS or PhD in engineering field or applied science preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in equipment and process development and integration for R&D and manufacturing.
• Proven track record of leading new process development, testing, and launch of proprietary equipment.
• Knowledge of DfX, DfM, and product integration functions.
• Experience managing equipment suppliers and process stabilization.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with global teams.
• Travel up to 10-20% preferred; experience in high‑volume large format manufacturing is a plus.
