Mechanical Estimator
A busy mechanical contractor located in Newark, DE is seeking a mechanical estimator to join their team. Job responsibilities include estimating all piping systems, including HVAC and plumbing; attending pre-bid and post-bid meetings with owners, architects, and engineers in order to clearly identify and review scopes of work; and working towards the successful completion of construction projects based upon the estimate.
Job requirements include 2+ years experience with estimating piping systems; proficient in using estimating software (Trimble Autobid preferred).
