Senior Project Engineer – Overview

Lead transformative projects in site and civil engineering, driving growth through expertise and commitment to excellence. Oversee projects from entitlements to construction completion, ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Apply deep knowledge of engineering principles to design water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management, site grading, and roadway design.
  • Lead projects from initial entitlements to construction completion.
  • Efficiently handle permitting entitlements across multiple governmental agencies.
  • Develop and implement permitting strategies to meet deadlines for expansive developments and compact commercial projects.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives to enhance company presence and build relationships with clients and government entities.
  • Contribute to company growth by delivering exceptional projects and ensuring high client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET accredited university.
  • PE licensure (required).
  • Relevant work experience in Delaware (preferred).
    Professional certification and local experience are highly valued.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD preferred.
  • Ability to work in the Newark, DE office on a hybrid schedule.
