Lead transformative projects in site and civil engineering, driving growth through expertise and commitment to excellence. Oversee projects from entitlements to construction completion, ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Apply deep knowledge of engineering principles to design water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management, site grading, and roadway design.
- Lead projects from initial entitlements to construction completion.
- Efficiently handle permitting entitlements across multiple governmental agencies.
- Develop and implement permitting strategies to meet deadlines for expansive developments and compact commercial projects.
- Participate in marketing initiatives to enhance company presence and build relationships with clients and government entities.
- Contribute to company growth by delivering exceptional projects and ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET accredited university.
- PE licensure (required).
- Relevant work experience in Delaware (preferred).
Professional certification and local experience are highly valued. - Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD preferred.
- Ability to work in the Newark, DE office on a hybrid schedule.
