McKim & Creed, Inc. is seeking a Civil Designer for Land Development to join the PDNR team in the Newark, DE area. The role focuses on CAD/Civil 3D drafting, design development, and collaboration with engineers to deliver compliant drawings and permit-ready plans.
Ideal candidates have 2–10+ years of Civil Land Development experience, strong technical skills, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. EIT licensure and Autodesk Civil 3D certification are a plus.
