We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our innovative Product Engineering team and play a critical role in the development of next-generation medical devices.

What You Will DoLead design and development of complex mechanical and electro-mechanical subsystems.

Drive product development activities from concept, prototyping, verification, validation, and production release.

Perform engineering analysis, tolerance stack-ups, and design reviews.

Create and approve engineering drawings utilizing GD&T best practices.

Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.

Partner with suppliers, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and service teams.

Execute verification testing and document results for regulatory compliance.

Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor junior engineers.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
8+ years of product design and development experience.

Experience in FDA-regulated environments.

Advanced proficiency with NX or comparable 3D CAD software.

Experience with Teamcenter or similar PLM systems.

Strong GD&T, FMEA, DFMA, and manufacturing knowledge.

Strong electromechanical design experience.

Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

Experience developing Class II or Class III medical devices.

Experience leading products through the full development lifecycle.

Advanced Siemens NX and Teamcenter expertise.

Hands-on FEA and CFD simulation experience.

Knowledge of ISO 14971 risk management methodologies.

Experience with FDA Design Controls and IEC standards.

Expertise with motors, drives, sensors, actuators, and motion control systems.

Knowledge of reliability engineering and accelerated life testing.

Experience supporting global manufacturing and supplier qualification.

Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or PMP certifications are a plus.

Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical reviews.#LI-BH1

The base pay range for this position is:$128,480 - $176,660

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
