Pennoni is seeking Graduate Highway Engineers to join our Newark, DE Transportation Design Hub on a full-time, direct basis. The role focuses on highway design, drainage, SWM/ESC, and utility layouts, working with a collaborative team.
Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree and have 0–4 years of highway design experience using Micro Station Connect and ORD, with preferred familiarity to DelDOT standards and related tools.
