Job Description

Data Strategy Associate – Annuities & Insurance Join our Annuity and Insurance Data Strategy Transformation team to modernize and integrate data across applications, enhancing the advisor and client experience. As an Associate, you will design solutions for annuity and insurance data, establish data quality frameworks, and support data initiatives across U.S. Wealth Management, U.S. Private Bank, and International Private Bank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advance data strategy for annuity and insurance products in collaboration with business, operations, and technology teams.
  • Consolidate and interpret complex data sets to deliver actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Develop dashboards (Tableau, Alteryx, etc.) to provide transparency on sales, records, and operations.
  • Identify and implement AI solutions to optimize data processes.
  • Partner with Product and Data Owners to manage and prioritize data initiatives.
  • Lead project delivery, including timeline management, milestone execution, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Align data solutions with both immediate and long-term business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree: 5-7 years’ experience in data or product roles (MBA/Post-Graduate preferred).
  • Proficiency in Tableau; experience with Alteryx or similar tools is a plus.
  • Project/product management experience in financial services; annuities/insurance experience preferred.
  • Strong initiative, organizational skills, and ability to manage projects independently.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders in complex organizations.
