Branch Teller – Delaware

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Branch Teller to support the daily operations and overall success of our Delaware banking branch. In this role, you will perform essential operational tasks in accordance with bank policies and regulatory requirements while providing exceptional service to our customers. You will follow established procedures, ensure accurate processing, and contribute to a reliable and positive customer experience.

• Open and close deposit accounts in compliance with bank policies, BSA/AML requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations related to cash position and teller processing.
• Identify and report unusual or potentially fraudulent activity in accordance with Bank policy.
• Maintain proper dual control procedures when required.
• Assist with projects assigned by branch or senior management.
• Uphold high ethical and professional standards.
• Interact with customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and prompt service.
• Resolve customer issues and inquiries as needed.
• Provide support to other departments when required.

• 1 to 5 years of teller experience.
• Knowledge of banking regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to take responsibility, make decisions, and manage multiple tasks.
• Outstanding customer service skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
