Executive Assistant to Managing Fiduciary of Trust Division

We are a highly respected and growing CPA firm seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Managing Fiduciary of our Trust Division. This is not a traditional administrative role. What You’ll Do (Highlights):

  • Own and expertly manage a complex, ever‑changing executive calendar
  • Anticipate needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and act as a strategic gatekeeper
  • Track key deadlines, follow‑ups, and priorities to keep everything on track
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across internal teams, clients, and advisors
  • Draft professional communications and ensure smooth information flow
  • Support business development efforts, including events and relationship tracking
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
  • Identify process improvements and help streamline operations

Experience in professional services, financial services, legal, or trust/wealth environments is a plus.

Up to $15,000 after one year of continuous employment (dependent on experience and not applicable to candidates coming through recruiting agencies). Tax Supervisor

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Tax Supervisor to join our public accounting firm. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of tax returns and related documents prepared by our tax professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in tax law and regulations, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality service to our clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and/or perform technical reviews of complex tax returns.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
  • Identify and resolve technical tax issues and provide guidance to preparers.
  • Collaborate with tax managers and partners to ensure consistent application of tax policies and procedures.
  • Provide feedback and training to staff on tax technical matters and best practices.
  • Stay current on changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate relevant updates to the team.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures for tax engagements.
  • Support tax planning and research initiatives as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • CPA designation (or EA designation with significant experience).
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
  • 4+ years of recent public accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax codes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience reviewing complex tax returns across various entity types.
  • Experience with multi‑state taxation issues.
  • Comfortable using tax preparation and research software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
