Finance & Business Management Associate

• Process and track invoices, including managing key steps for expense and contribution activity, vendor onboarding, and risk considerations across a high volume of transactions.
• Build and document work streams and standardized processes to improve consistency and efficiency across programs.
• Support monthly budgeting, tracking, and forecasting to maintain accurate outlooks and alignment to plan.
• Identify opportunities to improve budgeting and forecasting processes to meet the needs of a growing organization.
• Partner with stakeholders to promote strong controls, rigor, and attention to detail to ensure accurate outcomes.
• Prepare financial analysis and reporting with clear insights for quarterly and other periodic reviews.
• Support broader finance and business objectives through ad‑hoc analysis and continuous improvement efforts.

• Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience in business, finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services and/or a business management‑related role.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with core MS Office tools.
• Strong understanding of finance fundamentals, including budget management and expense discipline.
• Ability to analyze, synthesize, and structure data into clear, stakeholder‑ready narratives.
• Strong attention to detail, including ability to identify and correct errors and improve controls.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to build partnerships across a matrixed organization.

• Experience in business management, process design, or building new operational routines.
• Experience with Ariba, Concur, and/or Salesforce.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and prioritization skills in a fast‑moving environment.
• PowerPoint skills and comfort creating executive‑ready updates.
