Role:
Senior Financial Analyst
- Up to $105k + 15%

An industry leader is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst for its high-impact FP&A team. This is a hands-on FP&A role with broad visibility across capital and O&M planning, forecasting, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of large company FP&A experience or comes from Big4 Accounting with a CPA.

Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly financial close processes and prepare comprehensive reporting packages for executive and site leadership, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and corporate policies.
• Provide detailed financial analysis on capital and O&M cost drivers, partnering with internal teams to manage budgets and forecast performance against operational and strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain long-range financial plans, including forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis.
• Review and monitor capital project proposals and expenditures, ensuring proper financial controls and reporting.
• Deliver timely ad hoc analyses and insights to support business decisions and special projects.
• Mentor junior analysts and support the FP&A Manager with oversight of deliverables and complex financial initiatives.

Minimum requirements:

• 4+ years of finance experience, ideally from public accounting or corporate FP&A
