Citizens is seeking a Finance Manager / AVP to help build a new originate-to-sell platform for Home Equity growth, off-balance-sheet funding, and portfolio optimization. You will develop financial models, analyze capital allocation, and deliver insights to senior leadership to shape strategy.
The role partners with Home Equity leadership, Capital Markets, Treasury, and Risk to evaluate product economics, funding strategies, and profitability across balance sheet and distribution channels.
