Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities- Greet and check in Veterans; verify appointment times
- Answer phones, take messages, and make outbound appointment calls
- Manage patient documents, inventory, and office supplies
- Perform clinical tests (PFT, ABI, EKG)
- Maintain clean office and lab areas
- Monitor emails and support daily operational updates
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Market Manager
- MA Diploma or certification
- Active BLS (Basic Life Support)
