Job Title: Medical Assistant
Duration: 8 weeks (Travel Contract)
Location: 200 Continental Drive, Suite 401, Newark, DE 19713
Facility: CFC – Corporate Service Center
Schedule: Day shift, 5 days/week, 8 hours/day (40 hours/week)
Weekends: As needed
On-Call: No
Overtime: Must be pre-approved
Billing Cycle: Weekly
Notice Period: 30 days
Parking: Employee parking available
Dress Code: Dark gray medical scrubs

• Perform in-person and virtual triage and patient rooming

• Obtain and record patient vital signs

• Handle medication prior authorization requests

• Manage prior authorizations for tests, procedures, and services

• Complete required forms and documentation

• Triage patient messages and return calls (inbox and voicemail)

• Provide coverage for MA team during lunches, PTO, or call-outs

• Assist multiple locations as needed

• Medical Assistant experience in clinical settings

• Ability to handle patient triage, prior authorizations, and administrative tasks

• Flexibility to work at multiple locations when required
