Christiana Care’s Newark Campus is seeking an Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join a full‑time team on a 2/2/3 rotation with hours 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. You will collaborate with clinicians to optimize pharmacotherapy and improve patient outcomes in a high‑acuity ED setting.
Qualified candidates hold a PharmD from an ACPE‑accredited school, ASHP‑accredited PGY1 and PGY2 in Emergency Medicine, board certification within 2 years, and Delaware licensure or eligibility to practice.
