This role is truly part‑time, with most shifts lasting between 4 to 6 hours a day, 3+ days per week—designed to fit your life. Our patients depend on the plasma we collect, so your reliability during your scheduled hours is greatly valued.

About the roleEvery day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high‑quality plasma you collect will become life‑changing medicines. Here, a commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
How you will contribute- Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on their needs while ensuring safety.
- Screen new and repeat donors and take and record vital signs and finger‑stick results.
- Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
- Help identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using approved procedures.
- Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
- Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., and occasionally up to 32 lbs. rarely 50 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
- Comfort with prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to blood borne pathogens.
- At least one year of experience in a customer or patient‑facing role.

U.S. Starting Hourly Wage: $17.00
The starting hourly wage reflects the actual starting rate for this position. The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short‑term incentives, medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and wellbeing benefits. Employees also eligible to receive up to 80 hours of sick time per calendar year, and new hires accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
