Encore Parkside is seeking a licensed registered dietitian to oversee food and nutrition services in the facility. The RD will assess residents' nutritional needs and develop individualized care plans, providing medical nutrition therapy and education.
The Dietitian will collaborate with physicians, nurses and healthcare professionals to improve resident outcomes, ensure compliance with policies, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. DE licensure required.
