Christiana Care Health System is seeking a part-time hybrid Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) to join the ED callback team. The APP will follow protocols to determine further evaluation or treatment and communicate with patients and healthcare providers.
The role covers Delaware and Maryland campuses with 40 hours biweekly, some hours potentially virtual, and coverage 7 days a week including holidays. Responsible for post-discharge result callbacks and care coordination.
