We invite you to be a part of creating our Per Diem Pool by joining our team of Care Givers, Therapeutic and Direct Support Professionals who support and mentor Adults with Intellectual, Developmental and Physical Disabilities.

• Competitive starting rates for Per Diem Staff - $ 19.00 per hourly rate
• Rate adjustment after successful completion of New Staff Orientation and an additional increase after 12 months in the position

Our minimum requirements include a valid driver's license with a 3-year, good driving record. Excellent communication skills, high school diploma or its equivalent. Candidates must be able to physically assist individuals, have a high energy level to support client activities, be able to persuade and redirect behavior. Most importantly, Per Diem Staff must be available according to their prescheduled shift and willing to report to assigned residential programs within 2 hours of our contact.
