The Newark Hospital Imaging department is seeking a FT Imaging Tech Assistant to support our Ultrasound team

Shift

Hours:

* 8hr shifts

* 2300 - 0730 (Sundsay-Thursday)

* Weekends as needed

* Holidays as needed.

Responsible for:

* Provide patient care and assist technical staff with imaging procedures, communications and patient needs

* Assist with escorting patients to and from imaging department.

* Prepare imaging rooms and supplies for procedures.

* Clerical duties as needed.

* Superior performance in Customer Service Skills.

Education and Experience:

* High school graduate or equivalent.

* Two years related to medical environment experience.

* An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted.

Hourly Pay Range: $19.10 - $27.69

This pay rate/range represents Christiana Care's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
