Role Overview
Our Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) deliver high-quality care to patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) undergoing dialysis.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatments
- Measure and record vital statistics
- Initiate cannulation
- Observe patient condition
- Set up hemodialysis machines
- Develop meaningful relationships to enhance patient quality of life
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Passion for patient care
- Comfort around blood and needles
- Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, NNCO, or relevant state-approved body
- BLS/CPR certification required for experienced PCTs
- Competitive pay ($19-$26/hour)
