Position Overview

Christiana Care's School Based Health Program is hiring a part‑time Behavioral Health Therapist to support Conrad High School in Wilmington, Delaware. The role will provide office‑based clinical assessment and mental health therapy services for a diverse caseload of students in Newcastle County.

Part‑time, 32 hours per week over 42 weeks per year, Monday‑Friday aligned with the school day. No weekends or holidays, providing a strong work‑life balance.

• Conduct individual psychotherapy with assigned patients and group therapy sessions using evidence‑based practices.
• Conduct psychosocial evaluations to provide diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations.
• Develop coordinated treatment plans in collaboration with other members of the treatment team.
• Report and update pertinent patient information to physicians and the treatment team in a timely manner.
• Track referrals of patients requesting services.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or an equivalent field.
• Certification as LCSW, LPCMH, or LMFT.
• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in a mental health setting.
