RHD is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide direct care in a Behavioral Health Residential setting in Delaware. The DSP will support individuals with intellectual, developmental, and behavioral health challenges, promote dignity, recovery, and independence, and work with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, life skills development, medication routines, crisis support, and documentation, while upholding confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
